It’s that time of the year again when we start collecting funds for our security guards and garden maintenance teams. The Christmas Fund initiative has been going for the past 12 years and its just a way of expressing our heartfelt appreciation for the dedicated individuals who work tirelessly to ensure our estate remains secure and well-maintained throughout the year. This fund will provides a special Christmas bonus in the form of Checkers vouchers to our security and ground staff, recognizing their hard work and commitment.

We encourage each resident to contribute whatever you can to this meaningful initiative. Every donation, no matter the size, will make a significant impact on their lives.
